He began his career as an entrepreneur, eventually transitioning into a Fortune 500 environment after the successful acquisition of his family’s company. With over 21 years at Mattel—serving as VP and General Manager across Latin America, Europe, and global roles—he has navigated expansive, transformative business landscapes. Mateo’s proven leadership, combined with his passion for AI-driven innovation, positions him as a valuable contributor in boardrooms and beyond.
